Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management and over 18 years of work experience with a fortune 100 firm as the Director of Information Technology. He has managed numerous multi-million-dollar projects where strong leadership skills, intense coordination and negotiation were necessary to deliver products and services that consistently exceeded customers' expectations.
